Marketing & Sales Intern

We are on the lookout for motivated and ambitious Marketing & Sales Executives to become part of our expanding team. This position involves connecting with e-commerce businesses, presenting our service offerings over the phone, building strong lead relationships, and converting prospects into loyal customers. If you're a confident communicator with a passion for sales, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to engage potential e-commerce clients.
• Present our products and services in a clear, compelling manner.
• Develop trust and rapport with leads through consistent communication.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture them through the sales funnel.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Keep the CRM system updated with lead details and call notes.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce or online business models is a plus.
• Ability to handle objections and stay motivated.
• Freshers with good communication and eagerness to learn are welcome.
• Prior telesales or client-pitching experience is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹6,000.00 per month
