Role Overview:-
The Sales & Marketing Head will lead all sales and marketing initiatives of the company, develop growth strategies, manage promotional activities, build brand visibility, and ensure revenue generation for all business verticals — Tour Packages, Forex Services, Ticketing, and Medical Tourism. This role requires a leadership mindset, market understanding, and the capability to drive teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:-
Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop and execute monthly/quarterly sales & marketing plans aligned with company goals.
- Lead and mentor the sales & marketing team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Identify new market opportunities, corporate tie-ups, B2B partnerships & revenue streams.
Sales Management
- Create strategies to generate leads, convert prospects and achieve sales targets.
- Track revenue performance and prepare sales forecasts & MIS reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, hospitals & agents.
Marketing & Branding
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns on social media, WhatsApp, digital ads & offline channels.
- Oversee development of promotional materials, brochures, travel posters, and online content.
- Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent communication across all platforms.
Business Growth & Coordination
- Work closely with Tour, Ticketing, Forex & Medical Tourism departments to promote services.
- Coordinate with management for pricing strategies, offers, festive promotions & new product launches.
- Represent the company in fairs, exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
Revenue & Performance Reporting
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze competition and submit commercial reports to management.
- Improve customer acquisition, retention & repeated business models.
- Resolve escalated client issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Travel/Forex/Service industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation & branding.
- Excellent negotiation, communication & presentation skills.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and handle business pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, email & social media platforms.
- Leadership skills with ability to build and motivate teams.
