Marketing & Sales Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize email and SMS campaigns for lead generation and nurturing.
• Build and manage workflows, sequences, and drip campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with opt-in, opt-out, and messaging regulations.
• A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve performance.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry of lead and campaign information.
• Monitor and organize campaign responses across email, SMS, and other marketing channels.
• Maintain, update, and clean campaign tracking sheets and CRM logs regularly.
• Data extraction through tools.
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries based on campaign performance data.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize operational workflows.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in email and SMS campaign management, including drip campaigns and workflows.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of opt-in/opt-out compliance and messaging regulations.
• Experience with A/B testing of subject lines, content, and CTAs.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
