Marketing & Sales Performance Manager

Custom Pool Pros LLC is a luxury design-build pool and outdoor living company serving New Jersey. We specialize in high-end gunite pools, spas, and full backyard transformations.

We are hiring a Marketing & Sales Performance Manager to take leadership of the company’s entire revenue engine.

This is not a social media role.
This is not a content coordinator position.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for generating qualified leads, improving close rates, and ensuring every marketing dollar produces measurable return.

Role Overview

The Marketing & Sales Performance Manager will oversee all marketing channels and connect them directly to revenue performance. This individual will align marketing, sales, and operations to create a predictable and scalable growth system.

You will manage strategy, execution oversight, reporting, and optimization across:

  • SEO and website performance
  • Google Ads and paid media campaigns
  • Social media and content strategy
  • YouTube and video marketing
  • CRM management and lead tracking
  • Event and trade show marketing
  • Sales funnel optimization
  • Marketing vendor management

Your primary objective:
Increase qualified leads, lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company revenue goals
  • Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic visibility and local search dominance
  • Manage paid advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for strong ROAS
  • Track and report on key performance indicators including:
  • Cost Per Lead (CPL)
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Lead-to-Appointment Conversion Rate
  • Appointment-to-Sale Close Rate
  • Improve overall sales pipeline efficiency and lead quality
  • Work directly with ownership and sales team to align messaging and closing strategy
  • Evaluate and manage third-party marketing vendors and agencies
  • Plan and execute trade show and event marketing initiatives
  • Identify new growth opportunities in target markets

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or revenue performance roles
  • Proven experience managing SEO strategy and improving organic rankings
  • Strong experience running and optimizing Google Ads and paid advertising campaigns
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and improving measurable ROI
  • Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, and sales funnel analytics
  • Experience working alongside sales teams to improve lead quality and close rates
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Experience in construction, home services, or high-ticket industries preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
