Job Overview
As a Marketing & Sales Strategist, you’ll lead our in-house marketing efforts while partnering with the account and leadership teams to drive growth. You’ll develop campaigns that highlight our print and direct-mail expertise, generate qualified leads, and help clients achieve measurable results through integrated marketing strategies.

This position is a blend of marketing strategy, content development, and business development. Ideal for someone who can balance creative thinking with data-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute marketing plans that combine digital, print, and direct-mail tactics.
  • Manage brand presence across website, social media, email marketing, and advertising platforms.
  • Write and produce content for blogs, case studies, newsletters, and campaigns.
  • Oversee SEO and paid ad strategies to drive traffic and qualified inbound leads.
  • Maintain brand consistency and quality across all marketing materials.
  • Client-Facing Marketing Support
  • Partner with clients to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that integrate digital and print touchpoints.
  • Provide marketing insight and creative direction to help clients maximize ROI from their direct mail and digital initiatives.
  • Develop sales tools and campaign assets used by both internal and client teams.
  • Sales Development & Lead Generation

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales strategy, or business development (preferably in print, mail, or marketing production).
  • Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, digital advertising, and CRM or marketing-automation tools.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a keen eye for brand and design.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
