Marketing & SEO Manager

We are looking to grow the marketing function at our pediatric dental practice and seeking part-time support. This flexible role would be about 5–10 hours per week and looking for someone with experience with the following:

• SEO optimization and Google Ads management. Someone that can implement SEO strategies that enhance our online presence, improve search engine rankings, and increase conversions across various digital platforms.
• Social media ad targeting and content planning. No need to make social media content, but looking for help with ideas, growing followers, and help with sponsored posts.
• Brainstorming/implementing creative marketing strategies to connect with patients and industry. This would involve ideas and implementation with local referring dentists, pediatricians, and schools.

It’s a mostly remote opportunity—great for a parent with school-age kids or a recent college grad looking for a side gig. No healthcare or dental background required, just creativity, marketing know-how, and a willingness to learn! We are looking for someone who is local to Central New Jersey as some in person meetings will be necessary.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $38.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
