Job Summary

We are seeking a tech-savvy marketing and social media manager (on a fractional or consultative basis) to spearhead the digital marketing efforts for our various investment funds. This role emphasizes high-volume content creation to establish a robust online presence, promoting fund family products, and navigating the complexities of the financial services industry. The consultant will work autonomously while complementing our external PR firm's initiatives in traditional media channels, such as print publications and television interviews, and will also work closely with our compliance department to ensure all public-facing communications are consistent with applicable regulatory requirements. Our ideal candidate will have exposure to both traditional investment products and cryptocurrencies, but we are open to engaging two specialized consultants to ensure targeted expertise and comprehensive coverage.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies customized for investment products, including posting multiple times daily across key platforms such as X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to amplify reach, foster engagement, and drive traffic to our fund offerings.

· Produce high-quality, regulatory-compliant content that includes fund launch announcements, market analysis, investment tips, educational infographics, and thought leadership pieces, all while strictly adhering to industry standards like SEC, FINRA, and other relevant financial regulations to mitigate compliance risks.

· Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools such as Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite; provide regular reports on metrics including engagement rates, follower growth, lead generation, and return on investment (ROI) to refine strategies and demonstrate impact.

· Actively engage with online communities, respond promptly to user inquiries and comments, moderate discussions, and build relationships with influencers and stakeholders in the investment advisory space to enhance brand credibility.

· Develop and maintain content calendars in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives, seasonal trends, and real-time market events.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in social media management within financial services, ideally with investment advisors, wealth management, or fund launches.

· Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite). Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to produce finance-specific content that's engaging yet professional. Familiarity with regulatory compliance in financial marketing (e.g., FINRA/SEC rules on advertising).

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field is a plus.

· Other: Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Compensation and Benefits

· Base Salary: Hourly, commensurate with experience.

· Location: Remote with travel.
