Marketing & Social Media Coordinator (Fashion Industry)

OVERVIEW: The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator is responsible for supporting the brand's digital marketing efforts through email, social media, and community engagement. This role will execute email campaigns in Klaviyo, maintain a social content calendar, assist in photoshoots, and manage day-to-day community engagement. The ideal candidate has both creative sensibility and technical skill - someone who can set up an email flow, style a flat-lay, and craft poetic-minimal captions that embody the brand's quiet luxury aesthetic.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)


Email Marketing (Klaviyo)

·        Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns and automated flows.

·        Manage segmentation and personalization strategies.

·        Analyze campaign performance (open rate, CTR, revenue attribution) and share insights with the team.

Social Media & Community Management

·        Maintain and execute a 3–4 posts/week editorial calendar in alignment with collection

·        launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand themes.

·        Produce and curate social content: flat-lays, product detail shots, styled looks,

·        behind-the-scenes reels, and founder-led stories.

·        Write concise, evocative captions that reflect the brand's voice.

·        Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions; respond with warmth and professionalism within

·        24 hours.

·        Build relationships with influencers, stylists, and brand advocates, coordinate gifting,

·        reposts, and UGC campaigns.

·        Support the development of the brand’s loyalty program through community touchpoints

·        and VIP engagement.

·

Creative & Asset Coordination

·        Liaise with production, design, and e-commerce teams to ensure all styles are shot and styled appropriately for digital channels.

·        Assist in photoshoots: prepping looks, gathering inspiration, and maintaining the brand’s visual consistency.

·        Collect, tag, and distribute creative assets across marketing, social, and e-commerce teams.


Analytics & Reporting

·        Track email and social KPIs (engagement rate, follower growth, CTR, revenue contribution, UGC performance).

·        Prepare monthly reports summarizing performance and learnings.

·        Recommend optimizations based on insights (content types, posting cadence, segmentation strategies)


SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

·        3–5 years of experience in marketing, social media, or community management for a fashion or luxury brand.

·        Proficient in Klaviyo (or similar ESP) with knowledge of campaign setup, segmentation, and reporting.

·        Strong grasp of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest features and best practices.

·        Creative eye for styling and content - comfortable assisting with shoots and producing on-the-fly visuals.

·        Basic photo/video editing and design skills for social and email assets.

·        Excellent writing skills: ability to craft short-form, evocative copy aligned with brand guidelines.

·        Strong organizational skills: able to juggle calendars, assets, and cross-functional communication.
