Marketing & Social Media Coordinator (with Website Management)

Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, social media, and website management. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our online presence, including content creation, post boosting, responding to inquiries, and maintaining our website.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and schedule content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Boost and promote posts to increase reach and engagement
• Respond promptly and professionally to social media inquiries and comments
• Manage and update the company website, including editing content, images, and creating new pages as needed
• Work with leadership to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to improve engagement and reach
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
• Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing business social media accounts
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
• Experience with website platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar
• Ability to create and edit website content and build new pages
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic graphic design skills are a plus (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or social media
• Experience with SEO and content marketing
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
