Job description:

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and trend-aware Social Media & Digital Marketing employee to strengthen our digital presence and drive growth. This role combines content creation, digital strategy, community engagement, and performance analysis — with a focus on lead generation and brand awareness for both B2B and B2C logistics audiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Tailor campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences in the logistics sector.

2. Content Creation

  • Design and produce engaging visual content — including posters, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
  • Film and edit high-quality video content (client testimonials, behind-the-scenes, service showcases).
  • Create relatable, value-driven content that resonates with logistics audiences.
  • Stay current with digital and social trends to ensure fresh, relevant, and innovative content output.

3. Platform Management

  • Manage and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visuals across all platforms.

4. Paid Advertising & Performance

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and adjust strategies based on results.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversion, cost-per-lead) and deliver monthly performance reports.

6. Community Engagement

  • Manage and grow online communities; engage followers and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Foster strong relationships through consistent interaction and audience understanding.

7. Website & Email Marketing

  • Update and maintain the company website.
  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.

8. Collaboration

  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to align marketing with business goals and customer needs.
  • Ensure campaigns reflect current operational priorities and enhance client experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or MBA (with a marketing/logistics focus) is a plus.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, LinkedIn Marketing) preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in social media, digital marketing, or content creation — preferably in logistics, shipping, or B2B sectors.

Digital Marketing & Strategy

  • Strong command of PPC, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing platforms.
  • Skilled in conducting market/competitor analysis and industry benchmarking.
  • Familiar with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.

Creative & Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut Pro
  • Strong creative vision and visual storytelling ability.
  • Capable of managing multi-channel campaigns and tight deadlines.
  • Keeps up with social media trends, algorithms, and content innovations.
