Position Title: Marketing Specialist
Job Grade: JG 6
Division: Commercial

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with Client’s objectives. Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and interpreting tenders and contracts to identify and mitigate business and contracting risks.
Strategic:
Assist in developing and executing marketing plans aligned with Client’s business goals.
Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and sales.
Operational:
Ensure adherence to quality, health & safety, information security, and business continuity policies.
Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
Develop engaging content for brochures, presentations, websites, and social media platforms.
Coordinate with designers and external agencies to develop marketing collateral.
Manage Client’s website and social media presence, ensuring regular updates and engagement.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC).
Monitor analytics and campaign performance to optimize strategies.
Manage email marketing campaigns and database segmentation for personalized communication.
Engage with online communities, responding to feedback and inquiries in a timely manner.
Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Develop media and influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
Prepare press releases and company announcements.
Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and industry trends.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities.
Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager or Tender Trustee as per business needs.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office.
Understanding of project or tender management.
