Life Care Clinic is seeking a creative and bilingual Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage our marketing campaigns and online presence. The candidate must be fluent in both English and Arabic, with proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement monthly/quarterly marketing plans aligned with the clinic’s objectives.
- Support patient acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Coordinate with different departments (Gynaecology, Dental, Paediatrics, etc.) to promote services effectively.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the clinic’s presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
- Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs).
- Monitor analytics and generate regular performance reports to optimize campaigns.
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
Branding & Communication
- Ensure consistent branding and tone across all marketing materials.
- Develop creative content including visuals, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Draft newsletters, brochures, and digital advertisements.
Market Research & Business Development Support
- Monitor competitor activities, healthcare trends, and patient preferences.
- Suggest innovative ideas to expand reach, partnerships, and MoUs with companies.
- Support offline marketing efforts such as community outreach and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing and social media (healthcare or service industry preferred).
- Strong bilingual communication (English & Arabic).
- Knowledge of design/video tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
