Sales Executive

Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Sales Executive who is passionate about sales and eager to approach the Qatari market in a fresh, bold, and professional way. Even without prior experience in the media industry, your energy, discipline, and ability to manage time and hit clear sales targets will define your success.

This role requires both strategic outreach and personal connection: understanding the vision of faceGulf, tailoring our offering to client needs, and growing our partner base across hospitality, luxury, retail, wellness, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients (hotels, restaurants, fashion, beauty, retail, auto, events) for app & website listings, branded video reels, advertorials, and social media visibility
  • Present faceGulf’s media services in a compelling and professional way, tailored to each client
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and marketing teams
  • Hit monthly sales targets and report on pipeline progress
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Represent the brand with confidence and cultural awareness during client meetings
  • Explore Qatar with curiosity and creativity, always thinking of new business opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong sales drive and goal-oriented mindset
  • Excellent time management and self-delegation of daily tasks
  • Professional attitude and polished presentation skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and match them with the right media services
  • Passion for media, lifestyle, and building something new in the region
  • Fluent in English; Arabic fluency is a strong plus
  • Previous sales experience is a bonus, but not mandatory if you’re ambitious and trainable

Business development executive, Must-Haves:

  • Target-driven with a clear understanding of KPIs
  • Confidence in closing deals face-to-face, on calls, or via email
  • Follow-up discipline - no lead is left behind
  • CRM use is a plus (or willingness to learn)
  • Willingness to work from our office and attend external meetings
  • Comfortable selling to different industries with tailored messaging

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Business Development Manager: 2 years (Preferred)
