Marketing, Social Media & Executive Assistant (Remote, Full-Time)

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to manage multiple professional and marketing tasks for our organization.

The role involves two major areas of work:

• Marketing and Client Acquisition for a Saudi-based law firm specializing in road accident compensation cases for Pakistani families whose relatives have passed away in Saudi Arabia.
• Personal Branding and Career Support for a Chartered Accountant — including applying for professional opportunities and publishing expert LinkedIn content related to finance and healthcare using AI tools.

This is a remote, full-time position requiring creativity, reliability, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

A. Law Firm Marketing & Client Management

• Develop and manage LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media pages for the law firm from scratch.
• Create engaging posts, infographics, and short informational videos about the firm’s services.
• Run online marketing campaigns to reach the target audience (families in Pakistan affected by accidents in KSA).
• Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and assist in document coordination.
• Track successful client enrollments (eligible for incentive).

B. LinkedIn & Career Support for Chartered Accountant

• Apply for relevant professional and consulting roles online (especially on LinkedIn).
• Write and publish insightful LinkedIn posts and articles showcasing expertise in finance, accounting, and healthcare sectors.
• Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Canva, etc.) to create high-quality, original, and professional content.
• Engage with professional networks and grow online visibility.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Urdu (Arabic is a plus).
• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or virtual assistance.
• Strong writing, editing, and design sense for social media.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy and job applications.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic video editing and graphic design skills are highly desirable.
• Prior experience using AI tools for content creation or research is a plus.

Compensation

• Base Salary: PKR 30,000 per month
• Performance Incentive: PKR 10,000 per successful law client enrollment (upon completion of documentation)
