Marketing & Social Media Executive – Business Setup & PRO Services

Job Overview

We are hiring a Marketing & Social Media Executive with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience exclusively in Business Setup, Company Formation, and PRO Services marketing in the UAE.

This role is focused on lead generation, social media management, and digital campaigns for professional services. Candidates from other industries (retail, ecommerce, real estate, FMCG, influencers, etc.) will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile
• Create, schedule, and publish content related to:
• Company Formation (Mainland & Free Zone)
• Business Setup in UAE
• PRO Services
• Visas, compliance, renewals, and government processes
• Develop lead-focused content including posts, reels, banners, carousels, and captions
• Plan and execute organic & paid lead generation campaigns
• Handle Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads (lead forms, traffic, and conversion campaigns)
• Monitor, qualify, and route incoming leads to the sales team
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align campaigns with active services
• Track performance metrics including leads, reach, engagement, CPL, and conversions
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• Support landing pages, website updates, and promotional campaigns
• Stay updated with UAE business setup & PRO market trends

Mandatory Requirements (Strict)

• Minimum 2 years of experience ONLY in:
• Business Setup companies
• Company Formation firms
• PRO / Corporate Services providers
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn marketing for B2B lead generation
• Hands-on experience in Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads
• Proven experience generating qualified leads for business setup / PRO services
• Ability to create content independently using Canva or similar tools
• Understanding of UAE visa, licensing, and compliance-related services
• Experience working with leads, inquiries, and follow-ups
• Good written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Business Profile optimization
• Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization
• Familiarity with CRM or lead tracking systems
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize ads
• Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred
