Location:  Remote (UK-based company)

Employment Type:  Part-Time (8 hours/week initially)

Salary:  PKR 650 per hour

Growth Opportunity:  Transition to Full-Time (37 hours/week)

We are in an early growth phase and looking for a driven and reliable marketing professional to take ownership of our digital presence and help build our brand.

The Role

This is not just a posting job; we are looking for someone who can think, improve, and execute consistently.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and growing our LinkedIn presence

• Creating and scheduling engaging content (posts, banners, ideas)

• Keeping our website updated regularly (services, blogs, updates)

• Ensuring branding is consistent and professional

• Suggesting new ideas to improve reach and engagement

• Monitoring performance and adjusting strategy

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

• Self-driven (no constant supervision needed)

• Consistent shows up every week and delivers

• Has experience in social media management (especially LinkedIn)

• Has basic knowledge of website updates 

• Understands professional B2B marketing

• Can take initiative and bring ideas, not just follow instructions

The Reality (Read This Carefully)

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow with a company, but:

• It starts at 8 hours per week only

• You will be expected to deliver real results, not just activity

• We are building from scratch, so the structure is still developing

• This is not for someone who needs constant direction or training

If you perform well, this role will quickly transition into a full-time position with significantly more responsibility and income.
