Marketing & Social Media Lead

One of the Leading Travel Agency in Lahore are hiring a Marketing & Social Media Lead to manage and grow our marketing function end-to-end. This role requires someone who can plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies, lead social media growth, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement complete marketing strategies (organic + paid).
• Manage and grow all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, and LinkedIn).
• Plan and run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social ads).
• Oversee content creation (posts, reels, videos, graphics, and captions).
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Track performance, analyze data, and optimize for ROI.
• Coordinate with management and sales teams.
• Build and lead the marketing team.
• Stay updated with trends, tools, and platform algorithms.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong expertise in social media growth and performance marketing.
• Experience in leading marketing processes and teams.
• Knowledge of graphics, video editing, and content strategy.
• Analytical mindset with reporting and optimization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, IT, or related field (preferred).

Location: Multan Road, Park View City, Lahore (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Office Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Sunday Off)

Salary: PKR 80,000 – 130,000 (depending on experience)
