We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing & Social Media Manager to handle the marketing, branding, and online presence of our shops.
1. The candidate will lead all digital marketing activities, manage social media accounts, create and execute content strategies, handle paid ads, and support the growth of our retail branches and catering division across Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Manage and grow social media platforms
2. Develop a consistent posting schedule for both brands.
3. Create, post, and monitor daily content (photos, reels, stories).
Write polished bilingual (English & Arabic) captions.
4. Maintain and update story highlights, menus, and profiles.
5. Respond to customer messages and comments professionally.
Content Creation & Photography
1. Plan and execute product photoshoots
2. Work closely with photographers and videographers.
3. Ensure high-quality visuals that match each brand’s identity.
4. Create marketing visuals
+Digital Advertising (Paid Ads)*
1. Run Instagram and Facebook ads
2. Select appropriate targeting, audience, and objectives.
3. Monitor ad performance and optimize results.
4. Prepare weekly reporting on spend, reach, engagement, and leads.
Branding & Marketing Strategy
1. Maintain strong brand identity across all printed and digital platforms.
3. Create monthly marketing plans and content calendars.
4. Suggest new product ideas, collaborations, and seasonal campaigns.
5. Work closely with chefs and management for promotions or new launches.
Catering & Events Marketing
1. Promote the catering division
2. Coordinate with the operations team for event photos, videos, and coverage.
6. Google & Online Presence Management
7. Update all branch listings on Google Business.
8. Upload menus, photos, and offers.
9. Monitor and respond professionally to Google Reviews.
10.Report or flag incorrect/irrelevant reviews as needes
11. Market Research & Competitor
Track competitor activities and pricing.
8. Collaboration & In-Store Marketing
9. Support daily marketing needs of branches
10. Provide updated menus, QR codes, highlights, and signage.
11. Coordinate with store supervisors for promotions or campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years experience in marketing or social media (F&B experience is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of:
1. Instagram & Meta Business Suite
2. Content creation & photography
3. Paid ads (Meta Ads Manager)
