Marketing/ Social Media & Short Video Brand Promotion Specialist

Combining AI technology with a stable and high-quality supply chain, we provide one-stop custom clothing services for U.S. consumers, retailers, and brand partners.

We are now looking for a creative marketing specialist to oversee social media promotion and short video operations for our brand.

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan, film, edit, and publish short videos on platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.

2. Create high-quality content highlighting AI customization, intelligent body measurement, apparel quality, and user experience.

3. Manage official social media accounts to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness in the U.S. market.

4. Write video scripts, captions, hashtags, and marketing copy that appeal to young American audiences.

5. Analyze performance data including views, likes, and conversions, and continuously optimize content strategies.

6. Reach out and negotiate partnerships with internet celebrities, bloggers, and local KOLs for brand promotion.

7. Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

8. Support brand building and drive online inquiries and customer conversions.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Familiar with U.S. social media culture, with understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms and trending topics.

3. Experience in short video creation, fashion content, or technology-related marketing is preferred.

4. Proficient in basic video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro (PR), Final Cut Pro (FCP), etc.

5. Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

6. Interest in fashion, AI technology, or e-commerce is a plus.

7. Must have legal work authorization in the United States. We do NOT sponsor work visas at this time.

Compensation & Benefits

1. Competitive base salary + performance bonus + conversion commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
