Marketing & Social Media Specialist

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing & Social Media In-Charge to manage our brand’s online presence, create engaging content, and drive growth across social platforms.

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and schedule content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (organic & paid, if applicable)
• Manage social media accounts and engage with followers
• Track performance (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and provide reports
• Coordinate with influencers, or vendors when needed
• Maintain brand voice and visual consistency

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing and social media management
• Strong photo & Video portfolio showing real work and results
• Knowledge of social media trends and analytics
• Photo and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
• Good communication and content-writing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Have initiatives to suggest what is best, not waiting for instructions

Nice to Have

• Experience with ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)
• Experience in F&B industry
• Influencer marketing experience
• SEO or email marketing knowledge
