Marketing Specialist

ICRON, a global leader in Optimized Decision Making and Supply Chain Optimization software solutions, is seeking a  Marketing Specialist  to join our team in the Istanbul office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage ICRON’s digital presence, including the corporate website, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Oversee  end-to-end event management , including conferences, and webinars, ensuring strong brand positioning.
• Manage strategic relationships with advertising agencies, SEO partners, and digital media teams.
• Collaborate with partners on co-marketing initiatives, including content syndication, campaigns, and joint events.
• Lead the effective use of  HubSpot  for marketing automation, nurturing, and analytics.
• Leverage AI-powered marketing tools and emerging trends.
• Develop and deliver performance reports, providing insights on digital and campaign metrics with clear recommendations for continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 3-4 years of proven marketing experience , ideally within B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise software sectors.
• Strong track record in managing digital campaigns, events, and partner marketing activities with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platform HubSpot, SEO/SEM tools, and analytics.
• Strong organizational, and project management capabilities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, digital platforms, and data-driven strategies.
• Native-level fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
