Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Specialist with a strong background in HEALTHCARE to manage and optimize all digital channels for lead generation. This role is ideal for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in marketing within the healthcare, who is well-versed in social media platforms, marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid and organic campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn to generate high-quality leads
  • Take full ownership of lead generation strategy across all digital channels, ensuring consistent lead flow for the sales team
  • Oversee and maintain the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, SEO-optimized, and integrated with lead capture forms and analytics
  • Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Maintain and update lead databases with accuracy using Excel, SQL, and CRM systems (data entry, import/export, segmentation, cleanup)
  • Manage and troubleshoot marketing integrations, landing pages, lead forms, and web-to-CRM workflows with strong technical proficiency
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to align messaging, content, and strategy
  • Analyze data and generate reports to guide digital marketing decisions and improve conversion rates
  • Stay current with platform updates, healthcare marketing trends, and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of digital marketing experience in the helathcare industry
  • Proven expertise in running paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
  • Hands-on experience with Brevo for email and SMS marketing
  • Proficient in managing and updating company websites (preferably on CMS platforms like WordPress or Wix)
  • Strong command of Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions for filtering, merging, pivot tables, and formatting
  • SQL/database experience, with the ability to perform queries, data analysis, and exports for campaign targeting and performance tracking
  • Familiar with data processing, file conversions, and importing/exporting datasets across tools
  • Technically capable with understanding of APIs, integrations, and third-party tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
