Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:

Manage and optimize all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) for Lyxel&Flamingo.

Develop and implement engaging content such as case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and other relevant materials, along with strategies to boost audience engagement and strengthen brand presence.

Stay updated with platform trends and best practices to maximize reach.
Content Creation & Strategy:

Develop content calendars and oversee the production of high-quality B2B social content aligned with marketing and business objectives.
Brand Image & Growth:
-
Implement strategies that enhance the agency’s brand image and ensure consistent messaging across channels.

Drive initiatives aimed at expanding brand awareness and market presence.
Team Coordination:
-
Collaborate with creative, copy, animation, and other teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.

Support marketing campaigns and initiatives through cross-functional teamwork.
Analytics & Reporting:

Analyze social media metrics and campaign performance.

Provide insights and reports highlighting successes, challenges, and optimization areas.
Market Research & Trend Monitoring:

Stay informed about marketing trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities to keep Lyxel&Flamingo competitive.
Event Management & Engagement:

Assist in planning and executing virtual and in-person events to engage stakeholders, employees, and clients.

Promote events via social media and other channels to maximize attendance and participation.
Stakeholder Management:

Act as the communication bridge between the brand and internal/external stakeholders.

Foster strong relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Key Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of work experience in a B2B brand with proven expertise in social media management, content creation, and marketing strategies.

Strong skills in coordination with different teams for all marketing initiatives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
-
Proactive attitude, able to take ownership and drive results independently, is a must.

Proficiency in social media analytics and management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).

Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management in fast-paced environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields; agency experience is a plus.
Technical Skills Required
