Role: Marketing Specialist (Brand, PR, Social Media)

Location: Hybrid (Egypt)

Experience level: Minimum 4 years in various marketing channels, such as SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics.

Role’s mission:

Your role is to grow brand value and market impact by executing marketing, PR, and social media strategies that increase deal flow, generate high-quality leads, accelerate sales pipelines, maximize ROI, secure positive press, and ensure brand consistency. Including but not limited to:

  1. Develop and implement brand strategies that ensure consistency, visibility, and strong audience connections while supporting lead generation goals.
  2. Lead PR efforts to enhance reputation, build media relationships, and manage external communications aligned with sales objectives.
  3. Drive social media strategies that grow engagement, followers, nurture prospects, and increase conversions across platforms.
  4. Develop and execute lead generation campaigns that deliver qualified marketing-driven opportunities to the sales team.
  5. Optimize paid media, SEO, and content marketing to boost inbound inquiries and accelerate sales pipelines.
  6. Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns aligned with brand, PR, and revenue growth objectives.
  7. Oversee creation of high-quality, on-brand content for all channels, supporting both awareness and conversion.
  8. Collaborate closely with sales, business development, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment on brand goals.
  9. Use data analytics and marketing automation tools to track, measure, and refine campaign effectiveness for maximum deal flow and ROI.
  10. Manage budgets and multiple projects to deliver scalable, cost-efficient marketing outcomes and meet deadlines.
  11. Monitor industry trends and regional market insights, especially in Saudi Arabia, to tailor strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
  12. Prepare for and respond effectively to public relations crises and market shifts to protect brand integrity and sales momentum.
  13. Inspire and lead a high-performing brand, PR, and social media team focused on driving measurable business impact.

  12. Project & Budget Management – Competence in managing multiple initiatives while optimizing resources.
  13. Adaptability & Trend Awareness – Staying ahead of industry trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  14. Digital Marketing Tools – Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media advertising platforms.
  15. Campaign Management Platforms – Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
