Marketing Specialist
One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning – Myrtle Beach, SC

We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence, coordinate campaigns, and keep our customer communications consistent and effective. This is not a training role — if you don’t already have the required experience, please do not apply.

What you’ll do

• Manage Google LSA, SEO, and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive qualified leads

• Keep our website and social media updated and engaging

• Coordinate with lead consolidators (Angi, HomeAdvisor, etc.) and track results

• Align messaging for radio, TV, email, text, and phone campaigns

• Use ServiceTitan Marketing Pro to build and schedule email/SMS and reputation campaigns

• Track performance and provide clear reporting to leadership

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience (home services industry strongly preferred)

• Proven knowledge of Google LSA, SEO, PPC, and digital marketing best practices

• Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan/Marketing Pro strongly preferred

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
