About the Role

The Marketing Specialist works within our Administration division and with the Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Specialist, you need to have experience in:

Email Marketing

Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

Segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographics for targeted outreach.

Create engaging and relevant email content to nurture leads and build stronger customer relationships.

Analyze performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to refine email strategies.

Social Media Marketing

Execute social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement across platforms.

Create, schedule, and publish compelling content tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Monitor social media trends, respond to comments and messages, and foster an active community presence.

Collaborate with the brand manager to ensure visuals and messaging are aligned with brand identity.

Adobe Creative Suite (Preferred)

Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create high-quality visuals for digital and print marketing materials.

Design engaging social media graphics, website banners, email assets, and promotional content aligned with brand guidelines.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts that enhance overall campaigns.

Edit and retouch images to ensure professional quality and visual consistency across all platforms.

WordPress

Manage and update articles content using WordPress.

Ensure the website is optimized for SEO

Implement plugins and tools to enhance website functionality.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and goals.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on campaign progress and results.

Qualifications

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with the following skills and experience:

5+ years of experience in SEO, SMS, and email marketing.
Strong understanding of keyword research and SEO best practices.
Proficiency with marketing tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop and email marketing platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.

Experience in B2B marketing.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
