Marketing Specialist

Job Summary
Chrysalis Wealth Management is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the execution of our marketing strategy, strengthen our brand presence and help drive growth. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing marketing initiatives across digital, print and event channels. This role combines creativity with attention to detail, ensuring our marketing efforts are consistent, compliant and aligned with our firm’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

Content and Campaign Management:

• Assist in the development, scheduling and distribution of marketing campaigns (email, social media, print)
• Create and edit content for client communications in alignment with compliance standards
• Coordinate production of marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, proposals)

Digital Marketing:

• Manage website updates and work with vendors to ensure content is current and SEO-optimized
• Maintain social media presence across platforms with regular, compliant posts
• Track and report on key digital marketing metrics (engagement, leads, traffic)

Events & Client Experience:

• Coordinate client appreciation events, webinars and educational seminars
• Support event logistics including invitations, RSVPs and follow-up communications

Brand and Compliance:

• Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements
• Liaise with compliance team for timely approvals of content and campaigns

Market Research and Reporting:

• Research industry trends, competitors and client insights to inform marketing efforts
• Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and recommend optimizations

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferable in financial or professional services
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and practices
• Proficiency in social media marketing techniques and tools
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics for performance tracking
• Experience with website management and content updates
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content across various formats
• Experience in managing advertising sales campaigns effectively
• Detail-oriented, organized and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with budgeting processes related to marketing initiatives
