About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to drive Eclipsebio’s marketing programs. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will have ownership of day-to-day execution across social media, SEO, and event marketing. The Marketing Specialist will independently coordinate with external contractors and ensure Eclipsebio’s digital presence and event activities are executed to a high standard.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can balance creativity with project management, take initiative in improving processes, and deliver measurable marketing results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with external contractors/agency partners and ensure deliverables align with strategic priorities
• Plan, schedule, and publish organic social media campaigns
• Take responsibility for SEO improvements across Eclipsebio's website and track performance metrics
• Coordinate and evaluate paid ad campaigns, working with contractors to optimize results
• Lead the planning and logistics for conferences, trade shows, and webinars
• Develop and update marketing collateral (presentations, one-pagers, email campaigns) with internal stakeholders
• Provide reporting and recommendations on campaign and event performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience in biotech or life sciences
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing channels independently
• Strong writing, organizational, and project management skills
• Experience with SEO tools, social media scheduling platforms, and event coordination
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional biotech environment
