As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive brand visibility, generate quality leads, and support business development through innovative strategies and campaigns.

Position Overview

The Marketing Specialist will work closely with leadership, sales, and operations teams to design and execute marketing strategies that attract new clients and strengthen our market position. This role is responsible for digital campaigns, social media, SEO, content creation, and marketing analytics—helping fuel the company’s growth with measurable results.

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $15–$18 per hour
  • Additional Earnings: Commission + performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns & Lead Generation

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, email, and social platforms.
  • Support sales efforts by generating qualified inbound leads and nurturing prospects.
  • Create and manage content for digital and print marketing that aligns with business goals.

SEO & Digital Presence

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve visibility and search rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze web traffic, campaign performance, and online engagement.
  • Recommend adjustments to improve conversions and ROI.

Content Development & Branding

  • Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, social media graphics, and pitch decks.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Support podcast, video, and community outreach marketing initiatives.

Collaboration with Sales & Operations

  • Work alongside the sales team to align marketing campaigns with client acquisition goals.
  • Provide marketing resources and insights that support proposals and presentations.
  • Contribute to building sales funnels and lead-handling processes that maximize conversion.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, measure, and report performance of all marketing initiatives.
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with marketing trends and competitor strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in SEO, digital marketing, and social media.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and campaign management.
  • Ability to create engaging content, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proactive, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
