Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: New York, NY

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000

Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist will support the execution of brand marketing initiatives to build awareness for the MEDLOG brand and drive engagement across key markets. The Marketing Specialist will play a central role in coordinating marketing projects, events, and campaigns nationwide. They will also collect and analyze customer feedback data to support ISO9000 reporting, with a focus on brand perception and service quality.

Essential Functions

Customer Feedback & ISO9000 Reporting

· Lead the collection and analysis of customer feedback through structured surveys, contributing to ISO9000 reporting requirements

· Collaborate with multiple business units to develop survey questions that assess customer satisfaction and brand perception

· Summarize and distribute findings to internal stakeholders to inform service improvements and marketing strategies

Marketing Execution & Brand Management

· Assist in the implementation of integrated marketing communication and branding strategies, including digital channels such as SEO/SEM

· Manage local advertising and marketing campaigns in coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and compliance

· Oversee the procurement of promotional items and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency

· Develop marketing collateral including brochures, videos, and photography to support brand storytelling and sales enablement

Event Planning & Coordination

· Play a key role in planning and executing MEDLOG events at the local level, including trade shows, customer engagements, and internal activations

· Work closely with corporate marketing team to ensure alignment with global brand standards and to leverage centralized resources and support

· Maintain events budget to control costs and vendors

Digital Marketing & Analytics

· Support corporate digital marketing efforts by contributing to social media strategy, content planning, and performance reporting

· Coordinate with corporate to maintain MEDLOG’s social media presence and optimize digital campaigns based on ROI and KPI metrics

· Use analytics tools to identify trends, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and engagement

Cross-Functional Communication

· Maintain open communication across MEDLOG and MSC organizations, ensuring timely and accurate responses to marketing-related inquiries

· Identify commercial opportunities through market research and competitive analysis

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

· Stay current with emerging marketing technologies and trends, offering insights and recommendations for adoption

Qualifications

Required Skills / Abilities

· Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns

· Highly creative with a strong ability to identify target audiences and develop engaging digital campaigns

· Proficient in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).

· Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset

· Up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies

· Fluent in English

· Authorization to work in the U.S

· Ability to travel domestically

Required Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role (e.g., communications, public relations, corporate communication, content marketing, digital marketing, relationship management)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
