Partnerships & Marketing Director

JLB are delighted to be supporting a sports brand who are looking for a Marketing & Partnerships Lead based in New York.


This role leads global strategy at the intersection of sports and media with direct impact on growth ambitions. It combines strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams worldwide.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution : Own global marketing strategy across content, product marketing, events, partnerships, and brand initiatives. Deliver integrated campaigns, sales collateral, and messaging that build awareness, generate pipeline, and drive enterprise conversion.
  • Ecosystem Growth & Partnerships : Expand the partner ecosystem through alliances, integrations, and co-marketing initiatives to extend reach, credibility, and commercial success.
  • Leadership & Collaboration : Lead and scale the marketing & partnerships team, foster creativity and accountability, and work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product. Represent the company at major industry events.


Qualifications:

  • Experience managing global teams and scaling marketing functions.
  • Strong grasp of enterprise buyer journeys and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.


Role Details:

  • Location: New York (with international travel).
  • Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 base.
