Role Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Marketing & Reservation Executive to manage guest bookings, boost online visibility, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across our holiday home portfolio. You’ll be handling reservations from multiple OTA platforms, executing digital marketing campaigns, and serving as the key point of contact for our guests before, during, and after their stay.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in hospitality, loves digital marketing, and understands the power of great service.

Key Responsibilities:

Reservation Management

  • Manage incoming bookings via Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and direct channels.
  • Respond quickly to guest inquiries with accurate availability and pricing.
  • Confirm, cancel, or modify reservations through our channel manager (e.g., HostAway).
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams to ensure smooth check-ins.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to drive positive reviews and repeat bookings.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote listings.
  • Keep online listings optimized with great visuals, compelling descriptions, and competitive pricing.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
  • Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and travel agencies to expand brand reach.
  • Track competitor pricing and develop attractive promotions or seasonal packages.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve the website’s visibility on Google.

Guest Relations

  • Be the main point of contact for all guest communications.
  • Handle complaints or issues swiftly and professionally.
  • Use strategies like welcome gifts and loyalty perks to encourage repeat stays.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Generate daily and monthly reports on occupancy, revenue, and reservations.
  • Work closely with management to hit business targets.
  • Offer suggestions to improve both guest experience and marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, holiday homes, or reservations.
  • Familiarity with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia).
  • Experience using channel managers like HostAway, Guesty, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of social media, digital marketing, and SEO.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or French is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
