Job Overview:

Modern Time Middle East LLC is seeking a female E-Commerce (No Malayalee) Specialist with strong Shopify expertise and an IT background to manage and optimize our online business operations. The candidate will ensure smooth website performance, resolve technical issues, and implement digital solutions to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain the Shopify platform, including product uploads, pricing, and stock updates.

* Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure seamless website functionality.

* Work with IT tools and integrations (payment gateways, shipping, CRM, plugins).

* Optimize website speed, security, and user experience.

* Analyse web traffic and sales data to support business decisions.

* Coordinate with marketing on digital campaigns and SEO improvements.

Requirements:

* Female candidate.

* Proven Shopify experience (store management, backend, and apps).

* Strong IT understanding (web troubleshooting, integrations, technical support).

* Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools is a plus.

* Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

* Previous UAE e-commerce or retail industry experience is an advantage.
