E-Commerce Executive

Position Summary

We are looking a Product Sourcing & Supply Chain Specialist to take full ownership of identifying profitable products across online platforms (Shopify, Noon, Amazon, etc.), sourcing competitive suppliers (primarily in China), and managing the end-to-end supply chain into the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Product Research & Selection

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify 5–7 new profitable products per month from Shopify, Amazon, Noon, and other trending platforms.
• Evaluate product demand, pricing competitiveness, and market trends using data analytics tools.
• Ensure selected products meet profitability thresholds (minimum 40–50% gross margin).

Supplier Sourcing & Negotiation

• Identify and vet suppliers via Alibaba, and direct manufacturer channels in China.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and order quantities to secure best cost-performance ratios.
• Establish and maintain supplier performance metrics (quality, delivery, responsiveness).

Logistics & Import Management

• Manage full import cycle: supplier coordination, shipping, freight forwarding, and last-mile delivery in the UAE.
• Optimize logistics to ensure delivery within agreed timelines (target: 95% on-time delivery rate).
• Monitor landed costs and maintain margin integrity across shipments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field.
• Proficiency with product research and validation tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, AMZScout, or similar.
• 3 years of proven experience in e-commerce sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of Alibaba, 1688, Noon, Amazon, Shopify and similar platforms.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week
