To strengthen our procurement operations, we are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee purchasing activities, manage stock availability, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement for all partner brands listed on our platform.
- Monitor stock levels, stock ageing, and product availability to ensure timely replenishment.
- Source products from authorized distributors and market vendors to maintain healthy stock flow.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and build new sourcing channels.
- Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to forecast demand and align purchasing plans.
- Analyze market trends and competitor sourcing strategies for better decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain purchase records, reports, and price databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of stock management, ageing analysis, and vendor sourcing.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple brands/products simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
