Commercial Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement product strategies and plans for automotive dealer stores and product display (U-L), lead management (L-O), conduct regional market surveys and user analysis, and identify the customer needs and pain points of new and used car customer groups;
2. Design and optimize the display and operational functions of products and merchants, as well as the digital products and functions related to viewing, selection, purchase, sale, and customer support;
3. Collaborate closely with R&D, design, operations, and sales teams to drive the entire process of product features from concept to launch;
4. Manage the product lifecycle, including ideation, specification, development, testing, and continuous improvement;
5. Monitor key product metrics, analyze performance, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization;
6. Monitor the market development in non-China regions, the trends of Chinese brands going global, technological advancements, and competitor dynamics;

Job Requirements:
1. More than 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, with preference given to those with product experience in the automotive, mobility, or supply chain fields;
2. Familiar with or have an understanding of the automotive platform, traffic operation-related ecosystems, including user journey and C&B operation processes;
3. Have experience in successfully launching and managing digital products. Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as Data drive thinking;
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic work environments;
5. Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in spoken English, capable of effective international communication; proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
