This role goes beyond traditional social media management—you’ll be a driving force behind our marketing strategies, bringing fresh ideas and bold initiatives to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Podcast Management: Organize and manage podcast production, including booking guest interviews and coordinating schedules.
• Social Media Strategy & Management: Oversee all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) with engaging content and a cohesive strategy.
• Content Creation Oversight: Manage content creators, develop captions, and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
• Video Content: Post on YouTube, create timestamps for reels and shorts, and optimize content for reach and engagement.
• Marketing Objectives: Collaborate on strategies to achieve marketing goals, develop innovative campaigns, and monitor success.
• Event Research: Identify and book speaking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
• Fresh Ideas: Continuously bring creative and effective marketing ideas to the table.

Requirements:

• Passion for Marketing: Must LOVE marketing and be excited about new challenges.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with marketing tools, social platforms, and content management systems.
• Strong Communication Skills: Highly communicative and able to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Self-Managing: Ability to take ownership of tasks and projects, staying organized and proactive.
• Experience with Strategy Development: Skilled at creating content plans and executing on marketing objectives.
• In-Office Role: Must be available to work on-site from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
