Marketing Specialist

Aaron Gordon Construction | 415 Remodeling | Heirloom Builders – San Francisco, CA
Full-Time | Hybrid Remote + On-Site | Local Candidates Only

About Us

Aaron Gordon Construction, 415 Remodeling, and Heirloom Builders are three connected but distinct residential construction brands serving the San Francisco Bay Area. Together, we bring intelligence, craftsmanship, and storytelling to design-forward remodeling and building.

We’re entering a new phase of growth; expanding visibility, sharpening our brand presence, and deepening our connection to Bay Area homeowners, architects, and designers. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to help shape and amplify our collective story across multiple channels and audiences.

The Role
This role blends strategy, storytelling, and execution. You’ll partner directly with the Marketing Director to create and manage marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and position each company distinctly within the market.

You’ll own and orchestrate digital campaigns across social, paid, and email platforms while helping design the broader marketing-to-sales funnel. You’ll balance conceptual thinking; understanding what makes people connect with a brand, with hands-on creation and performance tracking.

The ideal candidate is naturally curious, self-directed, and emotionally intelligent. And is someone who can translate the nuance of design and construction into narratives that resonate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute cohesive, multi-channel marketing strategies that connect across social, paid, web, and email for all three brands.
  • Build and manage end-to-end campaigns that support the marketing-to-sales funnel — including targeting strategies, segmentation, and nurturing sequences.
  • Create on-brand, story-driven content: graphics, short-form videos, reels, carousels, blogs, and ads.
  • Collaborate on paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, including concept, copywriting, creative, and analytics.
  • Analyze campaign performance and audience data to inform refinements and ROI improvements.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while tailoring messaging to distinct audiences (homeowners, architects, designers).
  • Contribute to strategy and content for newsletters, direct mail, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and creative partners as needed.
  • Plan ahead, manage multiple priorities, and uphold deadlines with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience in high-end, design-forward, or service-based industries (architecture, construction, interiors, or real estate preferred).
  • Proven ability to design and execute integrated marketing strategies that unite multiple channels into one cohesive system.
  • Strong understanding of targeting, segmentation, and funnel design; how to attract, nurture, and convert high-value clients.
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing ability; can translate complex or technical subjects into engaging human-centered narratives.

Proficiency with:

  • Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Social media scheduling tools (Later, Planoly, or equivalent)
  • Email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or equivalent)
  • Project management and collaboration tools (Asana preferred; Slack, G-Suite a plus)
  • Analytical mindset with skill in A/B testing, conversion tracking, and interpreting digital metrics.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution.
  • Local to the San Francisco Bay Area and available for hybrid on-site collaboration, content shoots, and meetings.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary of $90,000-$100,000
  • Health and dental
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • Professional development support.
  • Growth path toward Marketing Manager.

Schedule and Location

  • Full-time. Core hours Monday to Friday.
  • Based in San Francisco. On-site at our office/home office with periodic jobsite and vendor visits.

How to Apply

Please submit:

  • A cover letter sharing what draws you to this role and how your experience aligns with our brands.
  • Your resume outlining relevant marketing experience.
  • Examples of your work such as social content, ad campaigns, visuals, or storytelling that reflects your voice and approach.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Only candidates local to the San Francisco Bay Area will be considered.
