Some of what you ll do:

Digital Marketing:

Own and manage nybl s website, including updates, UX improvements, and optimization
Conduct regular SEO/SEM audits and implement improvements to improve conversions
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms with a focus on lead generation and ROI
Build and maintain performance dashboards to track digital KPIs (traffic, CTR, conversions, pipeline contribution)
Collaborate with content and design to develop assets that support digital campaigns
Identify opportunities to test, experiment, and improve conversion rates across channels

Content Marketing:

Create and manage content that fuels campaigns, including case studies, blogs, customer stories, and thought leadership pieces
Plan and execute content-driven campaigns such as webinars, roundtables, industry events, and product launches
Develop and manage email nurture flows and HubSpot automation to engage prospects
Coordinate campaign assets across channels (social, email, landing pages, PR) for consistent messaging
Build and maintain a campaign calendar tied to sales and marketing objectives
Measure and report on campaign and content performance, providing insights for optimization
