Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen Jio Markets’ online presence and brand visibility across the GCC and MENA regions. The ideal candidate will have strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to execute effective digital campaigns, manage content strategies, and support our partners with impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Growth & Engagement

  • Develop and execute a content calendar that drives engagement, brand awareness, and follower growth.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, optimizing content for improved reach and interaction.
  • Create and localize high-quality text, visuals, and videos tailored to GCC and MENA markets.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure all content aligns with branding and marketing goals.

Website & Landing Page Optimization

  • Maintain up-to-date website content aligned with the brand voice and optimized for SEO and user engagement.
  • Develop landing pages that enhance conversion rates and localize content for both English and Arabic audiences.
  • Stay current with platform trends, algorithm updates, and digital innovations.

Influencer & Partnership Campaign Execution

  • Establish and manage organic and paid collaborations with influencers and key industry partners.
  • Support Introducing Brokers (IBs) and partners with customized marketing content to drive engagement and lead generation.

Brand Storytelling & Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Align content strategies with overall marketing campaigns and company-wide initiatives.
  • Support internal teams with brand storytelling, event promotions, and social media amplification.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of content creation, analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Forex and CFD trading (Preferred)
