Job Summary:

RAM Enterprise, Inc. is looking for an experienced, observant, and motivated individual to join us as a Marketing Specialist. This will be a non-exempt salary position reporting directly to the VP.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

General Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, ensuring seamless communication and project flow.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in digital marketing, proactively seeking opportunities to innovate and drive growth for the business.
  • Support the development of strategic marketing documents, including marketing plans, creative briefs and campaign timelines supporting marketing efforts
  • Update marketing budget on an ongoing basis to ensure spend is within approved budget
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, search engine algorithm changes and marketing technologies.
  • Care for our digital reputation by monitoring and responding to reviews

Digital Marketing Campaign Creation, Execution and Analysis:

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media advertising, and display advertising networks, from campaign setup to budget management and performance analysis.
  • Create, maintain and implement digital marketing and editorial calendars, including email, social media, print advertising, digital advertising and other platforms.
  • Develop, implement, and execute social media, email and SMS strategies to engage and retain customers, leveraging technology to drive sales and increase brand loyalty.
  • Build and maintain subscriber lists, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant regulations

Brand Management:

  • Research and understand the competitive landscape for products and services to develop value differentiation and opportunities to improve our place in the market.
  • Develop compelling competitive assets and messaging that drive engagement and interest.
  • Complete various graphic design and content requests using established company brand guidelines

Content Creation:

  • Responsible for the development and execution of marketing collateral and campaign materials (print and digital); ensure adherence to brand standards
  • Compile and publish a monthly newsletter digitally and in print
  • Production of RAM Swag (shirts, hats, backpacks, mugs, banners, site signs, booths, buttons, promotional goods)
  • Develop photo & video content library for all company marketing activities (social media, email marketing and blog platforms)
  • Build a database of project spotlights using pictures taken by Marketing Dept and RAM staff
  • Assist in video content creation promoting products, culture, and service
  • Develop and post social media content per the established content calendar, within the company brand guidelines

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze social media metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and strategies, providing monthly reports with actionable insights
  • Prepare and present marketing updates and information to sales and leadership team
  • Monitor SEO partner to ensure content is accurate and up-to-date; develop and execute organic techniques to enhance website visibility, improve search rankings, and generate comprehensive reports
  • Perform ongoing website audits and continuously monitor website performance.
  • Optimize conversion rates across digital channels, including websites, landing pages, and email campaigns, through A/B testing, UX optimization, and other strategies.
  • Analyze email marketing performance metrics and KPIs to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the Sales team to coordinate new product launches, product features, and new and improved customer facing messaging, catalogs, and promotions. As well as monitoring sales revenue and engagement from campaigns
  • Communicates effectively and collaboratively with team members to plan thoughtful, impactful, and multi-layered campaigns to ensure efforts are synchronized and goals/objectives are aligned.
  • Take accountability and ownership of projects, coordinating with internal team members to ensure timely and accurate execution of marketing projects

Marketing Automation:

  • Serve as the primary expert in HubSpot marketing platform functionalities, including but not limited to email marketing, automation, analytics, and reporting.
  • Leverage HubSpot to develop and execute targeted customer marketing campaigns aimed at driving retention, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM platform to personalize marketing communications, nurture leads, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Project Management:

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and obstacles.
  • Manage each assigned project from strategy through execution and tracking/reporting, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Tradeshows:

  • Plan and execute our company's participation in trade shows and exhibitions, ensuring the success of these events by coordinating logistics, managing resources, and facilitating engagement with attendees
  • Collaborate with the sales team and organizers to define the strategy and event requirements
  • Coordinate the logistics of trade show participation, including booth setup, signage, equipment, shipping, and other logistical requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field. OR equivalent experience of 3+ years in a marketing related field
  • Proven success and work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role.
  • Solid working knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
  • Expertise with marketing automation programs and workflows.
  • Familiarity with necessary CRM and content management system software
  • Superior computer skills
  • Understanding of geofencing, pay-per-click, SEO and SEM.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRUSH, and Webmaster Tools.
  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite Programs, specifically InDesign
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding results
  • Expertise working with and managing vendors
  • Effectively manage and track multiple projects
  • Detail oriented – Highly organized and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of the job, ensuring accuracy and integrity
  • Able to self-manage workload, prioritize projects and ask for assistance
  • Have an understanding of graphic design layout and composition in several forms of media (print, signage, websites and video editing)
  • Professional work experience in Construction, Electrical, Power Generation, Mining industries preferred

Work Environment:

  • Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work
  • Regular office environment expectations: Sitting at least 80%, Standing, walking, and bending at least 10%
  • Travel to RAM facilities and job sites, as needed
  • Position is REMOTE, candidate should be based in Western US with priority given to NV, ID, UT, AZ and MT based candidates.
  • HQ is located in Elko, NV; must be willing to travel to Elko and work from HQ office 3-5 times/year.
  • Office Based position available, if candidate is within range of a RAM facility
