About the Position

As a rapidly growing company, solarVis is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in our Ankara office, located in the relaxed and vibrant environment of ODTÜ TEKNOKENT CoZone, to help scale solarVis from 1 to 100.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the multi-channel content strategy for solarVis (social media, blogs, newsletters, website content, webinars, case studies, email marketing).
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to produce clear and engaging product updates and training materials that support customer education, feature adoption and retention.
  • Manage project coordination and communication across marketing workflows with external stakeholders such as outsourced service providers, marketing partners and other third-party collaborators.
  • Manage the end-to-end content calendar and regularly align with the management team on content direction, tone and messaging across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Manager to create and optimize marketing assets across formats such as social posts, short-form videos, ad creatives and webinar materials.
  • Use AI-assisted tools and automation flows to scale content creation and distribution efficiently.
  • Track content performance and KPIs and continuously improve based on analytics.


Qualifications:

  • Based in Ankara, Türkiye.
  • +1 year of experience in marketing or content marketing, preferably in a tech or B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills in English.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, AEO and keyword research.
  • Familiarity with content automation, AI tools and emerging content trends.
  • Ability to contribute to email nurturing flows and content-driven drip campaigns.
  • Proactive, creative and self-driven mindset with the ability to ideate, execute and measure.
  • Understanding of visual and video content creation processes.
  • Ability to turn product data and customer insights into compelling stories.


Nice to Have

  • Understanding of growth funnels and conversion-oriented content.
  • Basic familiarity with visual and short-form video creation tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express).
  • Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make etc.) for scaling content workflows.
  • Experience with CRM and analytics tools.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow etc.)
  • Familiarity with platforms such as G2, Capterra or similar B2B review ecosystems.
