We’re seeking a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to grow our brand presence and support client acquisition and retention.

Position Overview

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen our firm’s visibility, engage current clients, and attract new prospects. This role combines digital marketing, content creation, event coordination, and brand management, requiring both creativity and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and community channels.
  • Manage firm’s website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Create engaging content including blogs, newsletters, client communications, and educational materials.
  • Coordinate client appreciation events, educational seminars, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with advisors to produce client-facing materials and presentations.
  • Track marketing analytics, monitor campaign performance, and provide regular reports.
  • Ensure all marketing complies with financial industry regulations and brand standards.
  • Build partnerships with local organizations and networks to enhance brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with industry compliance entities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience (financial services or professional services industry preferred).
  • Strong skills in digital marketing, social media management, and content development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements in financial services marketing (preferred but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
