Job Overview:

Stampone O’Brien Dilsheimer Holloway is looking for a Marketing Specialist who will play a pivotal role in amplifying the firm’s presence across digital, community, and referral channels. You will serve as the connective tissue between leadership and best-in-class vendors, elevate the firm’s event and sponsorship footprint, and install clear reporting cadences that translate activity into insight and return. This role blends thoughtful execution with measured creativity to advance a mission rooted in results, reputation, and client impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Vendor Management: Serve as the day-to-day liaison with external partners for paid media, creative, content, and SEO. Coordinate briefs, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure the firm’s voice and priorities are consistently represented.
  • Content Coordination and Oversight: Oversee the firm’s content pipeline in collaboration with vendors and internal teams. Manage deadlines, maintain an editorial calendar, and ensure all blogs, videos, and creative assets reflect the firm’s brand voice and strategic priorities.
  • Social Media Management: Maintain the firm’s social channels and web updates in alignment with brand standards. Highlight successes, reviews, community involvement, and educational resources.
  • Community and Event Marketing: Lead the firm’s presence at community events, races, and sponsorships, overseeing logistics, branding, and on-site coordination. Ensure every initiative reflects the firm’s values, voice, and commitment to the communities it serves while strengthening brand recognition and driving measurable marketing impact.
  • Marketing Operations and Workflow Management: Build organized workflows for marketing requests, vendor coordination, and approvals. Maintain calendars and shared dashboards that keep campaigns on track and ensure leadership has full visibility into priorities and progress.
  • Marketing Analytics and Reporting: Develop consistent performance reports across paid, organic, and email channels. Analyze trends and ROI, translating data into actionable insights that inform future campaigns and strategic decisions.
  • Email Marketing and Marketing List Management: Coordinate with vendors on campaign schedules and audience segmentation. Monitor deliverability, engagement, and conversion metrics to ensure email efforts effectively support consultations and referrals.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience: Four to six years of professional marketing experience spanning digital, event, and community-based initiatives. Prior experience in professional services or the legal industry is preferred but not required.
  • Analytical Mindset: Skilled in measuring performance, tracking attribution, and analyzing ROI. Able to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Channel Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, content management, marketing automation, and social media strategy.
  • Event Management: Proven success in planning and executing high-impact community events and sponsorships involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and vendors.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional writing, verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, team members, and external partners.
  • Ownership and Initiative: Proactive self-starter who takes responsibility for outcomes, drives projects to completion, and maintains focus on both strategic goals and execution details.

Why you should work here:

  • Mission and Impact: Join a trial-tested personal injury team that fights for those harmed by negligence and shares knowledge through accessible resources and community engagement.
  • Culture of Independent Thinking: Contribute to a team that values diverse viewpoints and collaborative problem solving in service of better outcomes for clients.
  • Growth and Visibility: Work directly with leadership on high-leverage initiatives while building the operational backbone of a modern legal marketing program.
  • Collaborative Work Environment: Experience a healthy, team-oriented culture that values connection, balance, and hybrid work flexibility.
  • Professional Development: Grow your skills and career through mentorship, learning opportunities, and ongoing professional support.

Additional perks:

  • Retirement Savings: Plan for the future through an employer-supported retirement program designed to build long-term financial stability.
  • Paid Time Off: Enjoy generous paid time off and firm-recognized holidays that encourage rest, balance, and personal time.
