The Industrial Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the B2B marketing initiatives of Vessco Water’s Industrial Pillar Platform Partners, including the Duncan Company, Myers Aubrey and Star Marketing. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing digital content, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
Job Summary
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (e.g., email drip campaigns, social media, paid ads), ensuring alignment with company objectives and measurable outcomes.
Create and manage content for websites, social media, sales presentations, email newsletters, and other platforms, driving engagement and supporting lead generation.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media management tailored to industrial buyers and B2B decision-makers.
Coordinate logistics for trade shows, webinars, and promotional events, maximizing brand visibility and lead capture opportunities.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to create data-driven sales enablement tools, implement CRM-based lead nurturing programs, and generate high-quality leads.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels and customer touchpoints.
Manage relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver marketing initiatives on time and within budget
Support brand development by strengthening market positioning, ensuring messaging resonates with industrial target audiences.
Produce technical and value-driven content, such as product descriptions, case studies, and white papers, that highlight product benefits and specifications for industrial buyers.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities, ensuring strategies remain relevant and competitive.
Take ownership of marketing initiatives by proposing new ideas, independently driving execution, and adapting strategies as results and feedback evolve.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, related field or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the industrial sector.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Compensation: $30.35/hr to $36.79/hr dependent on experience and qualifications
