QUALIFICATIONS

Graduated from Marketing, Business Administration, or related departments,

Minimum 3 years experience , preferably with retail or international brand experience,

Excellent command of written and spoken English,

Proficient in MS Office, Meta Business Suite, and other social media management tools,

Strong understanding of the dynamics and algorithms of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn,
-
Experienced in influencer marketing and actively following Reels and TikTok trends,
-
Skilled in content creation, community management, campaign planning, and performance tracking,
-
Analytical, creative, result-oriented, and a strong team player,
-
Able to travel when required,
-
Military service completed.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Plan and execute in-store marketing activities and contribute to the preparation of annual campaign calendars,

Develop social media strategies aligned with brand goals; plan the content calendar, manage posts, and regularly report performance,
-
Coordinate with agencies and business partners; manage third-party agency processes and support budgeting and invoicing tasks,
-
Analyze digital campaign performance and provide optimization and improvement recommendations,
-
Identify store visual needs and create communication plans aligned with field targets,
-
Conduct competitor and market analyses to generate valuable insights for the brand,
-
Plan and manage the marketing operations for new store openings in coordination with relevant teams,
-
Take an active role in innovative projects that contribute to the brand in line with the company’s strategic goals.
