Job Description – Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to our continued growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive business development within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive within assigned sales territory to identify and engage new prospects and potential customers.
• Conduct daily calls and face-to-face meetings with current and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and repeat customers.
• Keep accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
• Educate customers on how our products and services can benefit them professionally and financially.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new products to better understand customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support and build the brand.
• Assess customer needs and skills to develop long-lasting, productive relationships.
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
• Research new accounts and follow up on generated leads.
• Attend relevant meetings, sales events, and training sessions to stay up to date with industry developments.
• Provide management with feedback and reports using financial and statistical data.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passionate and driven individual with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in a marketing or sales role (preferred).
• Must hold a valid driving license and be willing to travel within the sales territory.
• Language proficiency in English and Hindi/Urdu is essential; conversational Arabic is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
