We're hiring a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Eden Prairie, MN!
This hybrid role offers the flexibilty to work both in-office and remotely.

Salary Range:
$75,000 - $85,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to GSI brand standards, style guidelines, and corporate visual identity across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external distribution partners and vendors.
  • Oversee media calendars and ensure timely delivery of creative assets and campaigns, including written content for advertising, email, and social media.
  • Support the development and execution of brand messaging for products, services, and educational materials through strategic content creation.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop inbound content and expand educational offerings on the company’s learning platform.
  • Assist with digital marketing initiatives including SEO, GEO, SEM, social media, display advertising, retargeting, and email campaigns.
  • Write and distribute internal and external communications such as newsletters, blog posts, press releases, advertisements, and product announcements.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and audience segmentation across marketing channels through marketing automation tool.
  • Assist with promotional inventory and literature, including ordering, restocking, and preparing materials for trade shows and events.
  • Stay current with industry trends, audience behaviors, competitive content strategies to inform overall brand position and competitive differentiation.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the medical device or manufacturing industry.

Travel:

  • Up to two weeks annually, with potential for international travel.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for long periods of time during a daily routine.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
  • Clear background check including criminal history and education verification.
