Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The role involves managing digital channels, coordinating campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor the company’s social media accounts (Instagram & Facebook) and ensure effective brand communication.

Assist in developing and implementing annual marketing plans for each brand individually.

Enhance the company’s online presence using various digital marketing tools and strategies.

Plan, manage, and evaluate media buying activities and advertising performance.

Set KPIs for marketing campaigns and analyze ROI to assess effectiveness.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative ideas, promotions, and campaigns that attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Establish and maintain relationships with advertising and media agencies.

Support the organization and execution of marketing events, PR activities, and promotional campaigns.

Work closely with the marketing manager on launching and managing the company’s e-commerce projects.

Create engaging, creative content for various marketing and digital platforms.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

3–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or fashion.

Prior experience managing social media platforms is required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.

Experience in media buying and campaign performance evaluation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.

Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
