Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Create and implement cohesive marketing strategies across digital and print platforms, including social media, email, SEO, content marketing, and advertising initiatives.
  • Engaging with Our Community: Actively participate in community events to foster relationships and ensure our message resonates with those who need our services.
  • Content Creation: Craft compelling copy for various marketing materials such as blogs, newsletters, advertisements, and landing pages, ensuring that all content reflects the heart of Myna Therapy Services and aligns with our mission to spread hope through hospitality.
  • Managing Social Media Efforts: Oversee our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to build brand awareness and encourage community engagement.
  • Optimizing Digital Presence: Enhance website content using SEO best practices, maintain and update WordPress sites, and utilize marketing automation tools for targeted email marketing strategies.
  • Conducting Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic planning and improve our services.
  • Monitoring Campaign Performance: Track and analyze campaign results using tools like Google Analytics, preparing detailed reports to measure ROI and guide future initiatives.
  • Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely across departments to design promotional strategies for new products or services and to assist in budgeting for marketing projects.
  • Creating Visual Content: Design visual content that supports branding efforts across all channels.
  • Staying Innovative: Monitor industry developments in digital marketing trends to keep our campaigns fresh and effective.

  • Content Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with content marketing principles, including compelling copywriting tailored for diverse audiences. You’ll craft narratives that connect with families on an emotional level, reflecting our commitment to hospitality.
  • B2B Marketing Background: Experience in B2B marketing strategies aimed at corporate clients or partners, which will be essential in building collaborations that enhance our community outreach.

Education and Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A focus on digital marketing or nonprofit marketing is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, or social media marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite) are highly desirable.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a nonprofit or community-focused environment. Experience in healthcare or social services organizations is a bonus.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content that drives interaction and brand awareness.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools, along with hands-on experience in analyzing campaign performance metrics.
  • Experience in market research and audience analysis to inform strategic decisions and enhance community engagement efforts.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing previous marketing projects, including examples of content creation, social media management, and visual design work.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and website management (WordPress) preferred.
  • Background in building partnerships or collaborations, particularly with local businesses or community organizations, to strengthen outreach and impact.
